Chuck is the original member of our firm moving to Whidbey
Island in 1982. He attended The University of Illinois graduating with
a Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting. He obtained his CPA certificate in 1975 while working for
a major public company. His assignments prior to moving to Whidbey
Island in 1982 included both the operations and financial aspects of
a $100 million service business. While having experience in almost
all areas of financial reporting, managing a business, and income taxation,
he has a special interest in estate planning and taxation. |

Holly E. Hilton-Jones, CPA
|
|
Holly graduated from Western Washington University
with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, minoring in Business Administration.
She got her CPA in 1991 while working as comptroller of the Seattle
King County Private Industry Council. Most of Holly’s working
experience has been in local government, public entities, and
nonprofit organizations. Holly's special focus is working with
Non Profit entities in both accounting system design and setup,
and audits. |

Staff |

The Edwards & Associates full
time staff includes four full-charge bookkeepers with over 40
years of professional accounting experience. Their expertise
and knowledge combined with their friendly attitude make for
a reliable and professional relationship with our clients. Our
two full time office management and support personnel have over
35 years of experience. Their cheerful and efficient handling
of office management clients make for a cost effective alternative
for handling client's important office management functions.
During tax season we augment our staff with
another certified Public Accountant and additional office service personnel to handle our
peak tax season load. We pride ourselves in providing rapid turn around in our tax return
preparation at a competitive cost to our clients. |
